About Christina Blakeney
Christina Blakeney, a native Californian, currently resides in the Napa Valley. She has lived abroad and has worked in Vienna, London, Sydney and Barcelona, as well as New York and Los Angeles.
Christina uses her diverse experience to approach each project with a view to creating gracious and functional living spaces, including a full range of design for interiors and exteriors.
Before focusing exclusively on interior design, she worked as a film editor for Austrian Television and as an editor internationally on documentaries, feature films, and television commercials in Europe and the U.S. Working with Princess Grace of Monaco, she edited the iconic ballet film, The Children of Theatre Street, which was nominated for an Academy Award®.
Christina also held the position as Interim Executive Director of the Napa Valley Museum. Reflecting her life-long interest in art, she was able to draw upon her experience to curate a wide spectrum of exhibits and programs. One unique program was reuniting participants from the Judgment of Paris, the landmark 1976 event that introduced American wine to the world.
